These Terms govern use of NotCMS (the “Service”), operated by Qiushi Pan (the “Operator”). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts and workspaces

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity in your account. Paid subscriptions and plan limits apply separately to each workspace.

2. Paid plans and renewal

Basic is USD 9, Pro is USD 24, and Enterprise is USD 59 per workspace per month. A paid plan begins when Stripe confirms payment and renews monthly until canceled. Annual billing is not currently offered. Applicable taxes are calculated from the billing information supplied at Checkout and are shown before confirmation.

3. Metered storage

Pro includes 50 GiB of image storage and Enterprise includes 400 GiB. One GiB is 1,073,741,824 bytes. The Service measures current stored image bytes, rounds the GiB value to two decimal places, and reports the latest whole-GiB value to Stripe after discarding the fractional portion. Usage above the included amount is USD 0.10 per whole GiB. We may correct usage when object metadata, deletions, refunds, or processing errors make a prior measurement inaccurate.

4. Plan changes and prorations

Paid plan changes take effect immediately. Stripe calculates prorated charges or credits for the remaining billing period. These adjustments are applied to a future invoice; a credit is not a cash refund and remains available against future invoices until used.

5. Cancellation and deletion

You may schedule cancellation from the workspace billing page or Customer Portal. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. Deleting a workspace or account may cancel its subscription immediately and may permanently delete data. You must export any required data before deletion.

6. Payment failure

Stripe may retry a failed payment. During a retry period the Service may continue paid access, but access can be reduced to the free plan when the subscription becomes unpaid, paused, canceled, or otherwise ineligible. You can update the payment method and retrieve invoices or receipts through the Customer Portal.

7. Refunds

Payments already made are non-refundable, including unused time after an immediate workspace or account deletion, except where required by applicable law or where the Operator separately approves a refund because of a material failure of the Service. A plan-downgrade credit is handled under Section 4.

8. Prohibited use

You must not violate law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, abuse billing or payment systems, or use the Service in any way the Operator reasonably considers harmful.

9. Suspension and changes

The Operator may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, payment failure, or a violation of these Terms. Material changes to paid-plan prices or these Terms will be announced through the Service or registered contact information before they apply where required by law.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The court with jurisdiction over the Operator’s location has exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
